Active rain Community guidelines. Do not spam other members' posts.

Active Rain is built for community and is a wonderful place for us to network with each other . When we blog on Active Rain we make friends with other members, get to know them and it creates a sense of community.

There are many community guidelines and one important guideline that we should not advertise our services in comment section of another member's posts.

All new members should go to the community guidelines page and read it. Ambassadors should call newbies and inform them about these guidelines .

Most people who comment advertising their services may not be aware of the rules. Instead of deleting the comment members should send a friendly email or call the person and tell them about it.

There are some people who comment and leave a link to their own posts. I do not think the author of the post will appreciate these links in the comment section.
