Ice Works, Aston, Delaware County, PA Is Host To Curling Nationals - February 11-18, 2012

Ice Works, which is located in Aston, Delaware County, Pennsylvania, is this year’s host to the Curling Nationals for Winter 2012. This is the first time the Nationals are being held in Pennsylvania.

Curling is that winter sport that made itself known in Winter Olympics over the years and keeps growing in popularity as it seems to be sweeping itself across the country. There has even been a movie about the sport called Men With Brooms.

Delaware County is lucky to have a World Class Ice Skating Center in its mist that can bring such an event to our doorsteps. In addition to this National Curling event, Ice Works has been the practice spot for Figure Skating Olympians. Thank you Ice Works!
