Looking at Days on Market...for a majority of the time it takes less time to sell a home in Uwchlan Twp. than it does on average in the County as a whole.

Looking at Homes Listed Vs. Homes Sold in Uwchlan Township...we can see the Homes Sold area is slightly lower than listed but it keeps the same pattern. Also, as we enter into 2007 the area seems to be stretched showing the increase in Days on Market.

Looking at Average Sold Price in Uwchlan Twp. Vs. Chester County...we see that Uwchlan's average is slightly lower than the county as a whole and it tends to peak slightly earlier than the county as a whole does.
