The Market Is Missing the 1st Time Home Buyers!!!

I found the problem! Rates are great & plenty of homes to choose from. The Sellers in the townhomes and condos are waiting for their buyers which are usually first time buyers. The Sellers would like to upgrade but can't until their home is sold.

I now believe it is my mission to find first time home buyers that are ready to buy!! They need our help as well as we need theirs! We need to educate them so they don't buy above their means. It is also important they get what they want. It may not be their dream home but there is time for that in the future. They need to understand that. I live in an expensive county and it is really hard to find all your wants and needs with out living in a condo or townhouse first.

I love working with first time buyers because they need you. The appreciate your time and they are excited. It is a new beginning.
