What do you call it? When you continue doing the same thing in similar circumstances..... Systems is probably the word most often I've heard it referred to in business.
Do you have systems set in place so that when you get a listing you (and your staff) know exactly what comes next? Take photos, write description, place lockbox, input onto websites, submit to office, place sign, etc... 
What about when you have a buyer that you are working with? Do you have a system in place that you just have to check off the items on the list as you go?
I do not have systems written out that I follow, although in my brain I seem to go down the same path. I've heard many agents rave about them though, and I'm thinking it would be a good thing to start!
Apparently they save lots of time which I'm definitely all for!
I'm such a "stuck in the rut" person, I'm realizing more and more, so I'm surprised I haven't done this yet.
