NEW CONSTRUCTION HOUSES in Northeast PA: 5 Great Places To Find Them!

Currently, in Pike and Wayne County, there are about 100 new construction homes for sale on the Pike/Wayne MLS. These homes range in styles from low-slung ranches, to stately colonials and trendy chalet homes.

So, where are the most popular places for new construction homes? I've created a handy-dandy list of five developments / gated communities with new homes and pre-existing homes for sale.

Follow the windy path of Route 590 as it stretches and snakes east of Hawley; turn onto Westcolang Road and you'll soon find yourself at Masthope Mountain, in Lackawaxen, PA (Pike County). 3. Tanglwood North

2. The Hideout in Lake Ariel PA
