I really can explain. I'm in the middle of four, possibly five properties under contract right now, and it's downright time consuming! I want to blog but my real estate is interfering! ;-)
Well, I’m also very excited because it looks as if I’m going to be the winner of the $5 Starbucks card this time, since nobody has offered any pictures for Wild Card Wednesday! Woo-hoo!! White Chocolate Mocha, here I come!
SUBTLE HINT: Maybe next month we’ll see some more contributions.
My apologies for not getting the 2Tips4-2sday (2 Tips for Tuesday) and Wild Card Wednesday posts up this week - I have been incredibly busy (a good thing) and have been swamped with things to do. My husband has been making fun of my “Company Colors” wardrobe, saying I look like a bumble bee - but that’s exactly what we are at Weichert Realtors Paupack Group - little buzzing Weichert Bees!
I will get 2Tips up soon - tomorrow I have a guest post from PA Mortgage Specialist Jason Sardi lined up. In the meantime, here is the WildCard Wednesday picture, a day late.
SPRING IS SPRINGING - NO, WAIT - IT'S SPRUNG!
The wonderful warm spring we’ve been experiencing has brought out the buds - many trees that were totally bare two or three days ago have opened up with new life. This is the apple tree in my back yard. Every year it blooms in time for my daughter’s birthday and Mother’s Day, so look for a blossom picture in the next week or two.

Heck with the five dollars at starbucks. Way to go on those five homes.
Thanks, John. Actually, it's three homes and two lots.
Two of the homes are my own listings (but I don't have both sides). One of them has only been on the market 14 days and I didn't even have a chance to blog it yet! (I wanted to wait till their tree in the yard blossomed!) It was so cool putting the SALE PENDING sign up today! The sellers were SO happy they said "Gee Karen, I don't think we can recommend you, it took you two whole weeks to sell this place!" :D
The other two houses are still in negotiation, but I expect good news in the next 24 hours or so. The land deals are good to go...May is going to be a very happy month for a LOT of folks.
Wow, I love that second picture. Hey, if you're too busy to blog that's always a good thing :)
Karen, I have been missing you? I have taken a few spring photos of my neighborhood. I have been busy too. Yeah. I have to laugh though, it is getting in my way as far as blogging goes!! Glad you are busy!!
Karen, You sound so happy. I'm glad that Weichert is working out so good for you.
Lindsay- thank you! I can't wait for the tree to break out in blossoms. my daughter likes the idea that it's like a birthday present for her each year.
Audrey - it's good to be busy, isn't it?
Marchel - moving to Weichert Realtors Paupack Group was the best thing I could have done. I heard through the grapevine that my AR blog was featured on a Weichert corporate webinar last week. I about died over that! I was thinking...oh sheesh, can they see all my Member's Only Posts? LOL
Karen - I am glad you found a home and congratulation on your 4 deals.
Hi Karen,
Glad to hear you've got so many great things going right now. Like you, business has been in the way of my online fun, I've only spent about 1 hr. this whole week in the Rain.
Not to say we told you so.... BUT WE TOLD YOU SO - we are all happy for you girl rock on
I'm happy for you too. You're doing great things for people. But I'm also disappointed. I mean, c'mon! Can't you bring your laptop to appointments and blog from there?
Just kidding of course. Congrats on keeping the wheels moving when many are having tough times.
Karen glad to hear you are so busy. I would take the sales over some missed blogging time :)
Oh no, my dreaded Guest Post:-) It's wonderful that you are so busy Karen, I have a feeling business will continue to flourish right into the summer...
Karen- Congrats on your contracts! Way to GO!!!!! That is so great to hear! I am very happy for you and that apple tree is a miracle. To watch the miracle every year, you are blessed. Here, everything stays green all year round.
