PA Pro-cycling Tour to include Downingtown.....

I have become very proud of the direction that Downingtown is taking to show off our great Community.

The events that the Downingtown Area Chamber of Commerce is involved shows its dedication in seeing Downingtown a center of commerce, entertainment and family that will only continue to grow and flourish....the following event is just another example of how this community has involved itself and surrounded an event to make it bigger and better.....

Welcome American Eagle Outfitters Tour of Pennsylvania

The Downingtown Area Chamber of Commerce is organizing a Community Block Party to welcome Stage 2 of the Philadelphia to Pittsburgh Pro Cycling Event. Planned events include a BMX Air Show, "Best Pizza in Downingtown" Contest, Live Music, Vendor Booths, Bike Raffle, Interactive Yoga Demonstrations, and more! Green Street will be closed between Pennsylvania and Lancaster Avenues. Stage 2 of the Tour of Pennsylvania begins Wednesday morning, June 25 at the corner of Green St. and Lancaster Avenue.
