Forbes 2008 Magazine has named Montgomery County in the Top 10 Best Places To Raise A Family! Forbes ranked Chester County #10.
The magazine evaluated communities such as, employment, education, SAT scores in excess of 1,050, air quality, commute time, median home price, low crime and quality of family life as also reported by Realtor Magazine. The communities had to have populations more than 65,000 and most of the school funding had to come from property taxes. Montgomery County population 775,688. Located just west outside the city of Philadelphia.
