We really need to get the public word out there that our Market in Middle Bucks County p\Pa. is not so bad. The media tends to advertise the Doom and Gloom, however sellers are still getting up to a 58% return for the money since 2000 and buyers are getting better deals. The interest rates are still at an all time historic low. The market here is not as bad as the media allows us to believe.
