What can we expect from the Real Estate market in 2009?
- The simple answer is to expect a repeat of 2008.
Every market has its challenges for both selling and buying a home.
With more homes on the market to sell it's clear that condition and price of the house are key factors. Those are the only parts of the equation a seller has control over.
Buying a home in today's market still has its hurdles. Lenders are being much more careful about who they are lending to and appraisers are having a difficult time finding value.
Even with all the gloom and doom we hear about in the media. This can be a great time to buy or sell. It all depends on the situation and of course, every situation is different.
