Jumbo rates down around 5.625%- impress your client

Jumbo rates continue to drop! Our 30yr fixed jumbo is at 5.625% with zero points right now.

My name is Brad Burton, I'm a Mortgage Loan Officer for Bank of America in Radnor PA (just outside of Philadelphia). I can do loans in all fifty states and I'm confident that I can get your client lowest rate for jumbo loans with no points. I'm not a big fan of posting this type of blog...however I feel I had to post this as our rates are that good right now. I just locked in a client at 5.625% today with zero points on a refinance. The client was currently at 6.50%. They are going to save over $500 per month. I also locked in a client on a purchase for a 5yr ARM at 5.125%!!! Our ARM and Interest Only ARMS are priced extremely low as well. Our conforming rates are extremely low as well- it is not just jumbos- we are low across the board.

Whether it is for a purchase or alerting a past client how much they can save by refinancing....you can help your client get the lowest rate out there with a true lender.

Keep in mind your client will be dealing with Bank of America- the largest lender in the country and a name you recognize and can feel safe with- especially in this type of market. We also do not sell the servicing on 99% of our loans so they will always deal with Bank of America.
