I Got My New Listing From My Farm Letter!

In September 2007, I received a call from one of my readers! They have lived at the property about 6 years and after beginning a family they would like to start looking to see what else would fit their needs. I have been showing and sending homes since then and they have been getting the property ready to show for the SPRING MARKET!!!

I try to send out my newsletters every 2 months. I send information about the market, homes in the area, and random facts, recipes, and events in the community. I make them up myself and use info from Realtor.com and other great real estate sources. I also let people know what I think about the market today. I picked a farm where I grew up and I know that don't get a 1000 pieces of mail from Realtors every month. They only get postcards when someone list or sells out there. It is rural location and not everyone knows what it is like to live out in Haycock Township. I also have another listing in Applebachsville and people are showing up to meet me. Now that's a great feeling.
