CraigsList Scam on Listings & Rentals - It happened to me too! - If you advertise homes on Craigslist.com, you should see this!

ALERT! There is a scam going on, on the Craigslist, and you should watch this video to see about it. Basically, the Scam Artist duplicates the Realtor's ad on the Craigslist, and re-posts it with everything identical, except the contact info. It happened to me, and it had my pictrure, and name, only the contact numbers were different. They take a listing, and turn in into a rental at a very low price. The prospective tennant sends money to the scammer, and then hears nothing. Then the prospective tennant knocks on the door of the home wanting his money back.
