If we as agents priced the seller's home right from the beginning why are we still asking them to lower the price?
We do want to sell the property but at what price? Highest and best! Buyers have to start understanding that not all sellers are desperate. Sellers are aware it will take time but buyers need to start paying for what the want. They are still getting a good deal, but why isn't it enough?
Are we hurting the market with a new price every week? The Holiday Season has never been the best to sell a home so why don't we stop the price reductions if the home is price right to begin with. Maybe if we all come together we can get some of these properties off the market without making our sellers look so desperate.
Buyers are suppose to get a deal that is just a part of buying. We need to get them to realize what the going price is for that house.
I can't wait until January to see what happens next on this Real Estate Roller Coaster!
