This Saturday, October 10, is Stroud Township's Community Safety Day and Open House, from 10am to 5pm at the Arlington Fire Station (next to the Stroud Mall on Rt 611). This is in recognition and support of National Fire Prevention Week. The Stroud Township Volunteer Fire Department is hosting a FREE public event, featuring fire truck rides, Kid's Safety Smoke House, Digikids ID's and fingerprints, Free Kids' safety kits/ fire helmets, free smoke detectors to the public, fire extinguisher and escape ladder raffle give-aways and much more!
