Pocono Country Place is not as bad as some are making it out to be

I have shown and sold several homes in A Pocono Country Place, a community in Tobyhanna which unfortunately has gotten an undeserved reputation for crime. In a community as large as A Pocono Country Place, an isolated incident or two can be expected, just as in any other highly populated community or town. I have seen the entire community, all sections and at all hours of different days and I can tell you that as far as the amenities and quality of homes available for the price, there may not be a better value in the Poconos.
