I looked up the multiple listing this morning to look up residential sales in Warminster township in February, 2009.

This does not include commercial, multi units, lots, sale by owners,homes not listed etc, It is subject to errors and omissions.

There were 5 homes that settled priced upto $250,000 The lowest price was $125,000 and highest price was $$228,500 They were on the market for an average of 102 days. The average price was $166,700

Priced between $251,000 and $400,000 , there were 2 homes that settled .They were on the market for an average of 71 days. The prices were $$310,000 and $315,000.

There are 53 active listings right now between $251,000 and $400,000 and 33 active listings priced upto $250,000. These are just residentail listings as mentioned earlier.
