5 homes settled , highest sale price was $840,000, lowest price was $175,000 for a 3 bedroom townhome in Stover Mill,
The average sale price was $485,000 and these homes were on the market for an average of 114 days, (time from date listed to date it went under contract) This is subject to errors and omissions and does not include multi units, commercial property, lots and homes not listed.,
There are 23 homes pending settlement right now, and these have been on the market for an average of 102 days. The highest listed price is $899,950 and lowest list price is $179,250
