Jack Frost Children's Winterfest is a poplar event for children and the whole family in the scenic capital city of Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island, Canada. This year the enjoyable festival is located behind the Zellers Mall in a large field with plenty of room for snow sculptures, hockey games, etc. It brings together Prince Edward Islanders for a weekend of outdoor fun.
