PEI Tourist Industry - Prince Edward Island, Canada

The PEI Tourist Industry had a good year in 2007, and is looking to 2008 for another productive tourist season in Prince Edward Island, Canada. The PEI Tourist Industry wants the Prince Edward Island government to spend $2.6 million more dollars this year to enhance tourism in PEI as it one of the threes main industries in the island province of Canada.This increase in PEI Tourism has to be approved by the cabinet of the present PEI government.

This increase in PEI government spending in the PEI Tourist Industry would certainly be a great boost to the PEI Real Estate market as increased tourists to PEI mean increased buying and selling of PEI properties.
