if you or you are a realtor or any other stressfull professional or have some restless clients are looking to really get away from the madness this is a great secluded villa on the edge of the El Yungue Rain Forest-the USA's 1 and only rainforest Located in sunny P.R.. This Ranch style villa is on a mountain side and yes that is the ocean in the backround. 3200sf Villa with 5 beds and 5 baths....very reasonable with a maid and gardner included....trust me just do it and you will sell more real estate...prices are really inexpensive here in Rio Grande Puerto Rico;so its also a great time to pick up a rental property of your own and retire there. I almost did but was about 300k in the hole and could not get the home I was looking at. this is just the pool!!!!
