Notre Dame-de-Grace saw homes selling like hot cakes at a country fair in February 2010 averaging 36 days on market for the 8 sales with multiple bids driving prices up to $540,500. This is a return to rising prices seen in the last 3 quarters of 2009 after a stall in November and December averaging $530,500. As more homes came to market in February, the inventory level was driven up to 4.1 months over the recent norm of around 2.5 months.
