Back to Work: 2010 will be a hot year...

I and my team are back to work after a very enjoyable holiday... in our meeting this morning we established our goals and the ways we intend to achieve them... the agents are working together to get through a 90 day real estate sales motivational course, to build team spirit as much as to learn new techniques for selling and growing professionally. We are opening a new office in Bristol RI, and are bringing aboard our MA broker, Glenn Russell to help manage that new office...

We have listings ready to go, and our buyer pool is hot to buy...all but one of our rentals are rented... and that one has a great deal of interest, and should be signed up ith a tenant within a few days...

Looks like it is going to be a hot 2010, and I dont mean because of global warming...
