Property Management Client: Tenants Bad; Tenants: Owner Bad

This post is a follow up to the previous post I made regarding some property management issues between an owner and their tenants. We have met teh tenants, and it does seem some of the issue is simply a lack of communication between the owners and the tenants, and a confrontational approach by both parties when dealing with each other.

It would seem that some repairs have been requested back since March, but that the repairs have not been made properly, although the owner have sent guys to do the repairs, and they did do some.

There might be light in the window after all.

It would also seem that the rent is indeed late every month, and this month is no exception: I went there yesterday to collect it, and they said that htey would ahve it Saturday...

We shall see.

As for the repairs, some are definitely needed, like a leak in the roof that is damaging the ceilings of one bedroom and the living room below that. I am on that as well, and will get this straight...

But it does seem that simply having a thrid party in the middle will rectify much of the conflict... but then, we shall Saturday when I go to collect the rent.
