East Greenwich based Prudential Gammons Realty has completed its acquisition of Realty Services, formerly ERA Realty Services, of Johnston on February 2, 2008.Realty Services principals Paul Santilli and Ed Loiselle have nearly 50 years of combined experience in the Rhode Island Real Estate markets. Realty Services has been operating in Johnston for nearly 36 years.
'We are extremely excited about the Realty Services acquisition. It allows us to grow our company's market share in the Johnston market as well as several other central and northern Rhode Island communities' Roxanne Tafuri, President Prudential Gammons Realty.
Many of the former Realty Services agents plan to transfer to the Cranston office of Prudential Gammons Realty this week.
