I pride myself on being early but I never beat them to a showing. They never skipped a beat in returning paperwork or meeting me on the drop of a dime to sign what seemed like endless papers. I will never forget them and look forward to waving to them when passing each other in town.

COOPERATING REALTORS®: The definition of cooperating. At times I thought we worked for the post office. Through rain, sleet, or snow if one couldn't the other would go. Never quibbling about who should be doing what just focused on getting it done.

Exceptional Mortgage Originator: Kevin Weaver from emery Federal Credit Union is the best I have worked with. If you don't know him you should look him up. He treats his clients exceptionally. I never worried about deadlines because he was dead on or early. Always answered his phone and responded to e-mails. I requested information or documents and received them in hours not days. Unbelievable attention to detail and remarkable resolution skills. I am very happy I got to know him and look forward to working with him again.

Professional Asset Manager: Jared is an asset to his company. He made sure that the home was ready for inspections including have snow removed. I am sure his listing agent appreciated that he always answered her promptly.

Reliable Vendors: Anthony Rego, Jr. Septic Services (401) 864-1359. Tony never lets me down. No matter where he is or what he is doing he always answers my calls. He takes pride in his work, he cares about his customers, and I know if Tony is on the job it is a job well done. He always goes above and beyond.

Great Closing Attorney: Law Offices of Richard P. D'Addario It is a pleasure to do business with this law office. Crystal and Donna always make you feel comfortable and like you are their only client. The phone is always answered. I have never been sent to voice mail which is huge to me. I have sent docs for review after 5 p.m. and had an answer by 10 a.m. the next morning. Their professionalism is unmatched. The closing was great.
