It's not often I blog about someone else's listing, but, then again, it's not often we have homes in Beaufort selling for little more than 1/3 of neighborhood comparables. This listing is affiliated with Ballenger Realty, my firm.
I received an email this morning on a condo home just reduced from $66,000 to $34,900, which is absolutely off the charts, opportunity-wise. This condo is located right in the heart of Beaufort's medical community, and probably not more than a quarter mile from Beaufort Memorial Hospital.
