As a result of my blog about Targeting Specifics I have had some requests for more information about the Country Living Magazine 2008 House of the Year.
This home has had a lot of press lately and was featured in the February 2008 issue of Country Living Magazine. Since the open house last October all the furniture and funishing have been removed. I have had the opportunity to show this home and there is quite a difference viewing it from a magazine completly filled with furniture and seeing it in person, especially now that the home is vacant.
Normally I send people to the Country Living website, but now that the home is for sale people have asked me for more information; they want the listing information and they want to see what the home looks like.
So here are some pictures of the beautiful Country Living Magazine 2008 House of the Year. I'm not the listing agent but I have access to the listing information. So if you want it please contact me and ask for it.

What a beautiful home!! Thank you for sharing.
I'm sure that the builder took great pride in it being named Country Living's home of the year. It is a great looking house.
Hi Jon,
