It appears the future is looking brighter for sales of homes in Hampton Hall. After pouring through recent MLS statistics for the neighborhood, it is apparent that inventory levels are declining. What can that be attributed to? Most likely, sellers are becoming more realistic and are more tuned into local market conditions. Currently, there are only 59 homes listed compared to almost 80 last year at this time. So, I guess that will give some comfort to sellers who have been eagerly looking forward to being able to get their homes sold.

Looks like your numbers are improving, inventory down and more sales. We're experiencing similarities in our market too. And I'm in agreement with your logic about sellers being more aware of market conditions. BTW, I see your average closed prices at $483- interesting very similar to my offices numbers so far for 2008, ours is $487,000.
It's encouraging to see some good news in this beautiful neighborhood. Last year at this time, it was depressing to see such huge amounts of inventory. Good to hear that you're seeing some better stats too! Thanks for stoppiong by.
