The gazebo at White Point Garden, also known at "The Battery" in Charleston, SC.
This picture was taken before the renovations of 2009. The park got it's name White Point Garden after the point of the city which had large mounds of crushed oyster shells, thus creating a white covering. The battery gets it's name after the fortifications that were placed along the waterfront from the earliest of times.
