You know, I'm so glad to be in Charleston, SC. Right now, it's sunny, 72 degrees in February, with a light wind. The winter is slowly giving way to spring, and the people of the Lowcountry are training for the Cooper River Bridge Run. Earlier today, I was out at the beach going on caravan with my company, Carolina One Real Estate. We do this every Thursday morning. We have our weekly meeting, talk about the current market, things that have come up in transactions with other agents that we can all learn from, and how we can become better agents, and more importantly, better people.
So after our weekly meeting, all the agents go on caravan. What we do on caravan is take a look at the new listings in person, and determine what the sellers can do to their home to help get it sold. You know, changes, upgrades, subtle things that can really give a home a *punch* or a WOW factor. Different things that the sellers can do to make your home STAND OUT. But while standing out on the back deck of a home on the beach, while being in the warm sun, I realized at that moment, I am in the perfect city, doing what I love...Selling Charleston Real Estate. I mean, what is there about Charleston not to like? The cobblestone streets downtown, the beaches, the fishing and boating, the theatre and restaurants downtown, the parks/playgrounds. We can even drive one hour away and spend the day on Lake Marion.
So my question is...are you happy where you are? Why don't you come here and find a place to call home? This way, you can brag to all you family and friends that you live on the East Coast's best kept secret. Because that is exactly what Charleston is, "The East Coast's best kept secret."
