1 Year Anniversary Party-- One Remarkable Event

Over 75 people attended our 1 year anniversary party. It's truly been one remarkable year for Peach Grove Villas as we welcomed 25 residents, built 8 buildings and have just recently started 3 new buildings. We expect to have 33 residents by year end and have 50 residents around this time next year!

The year has been so phenominal we are set to change prices on October 14, 2009. For those of you who have already made your reservations or those of you who have moved in - what a great choice. For those of you who are on the fence, you still have 8 days left to reserve your homesite at Peach Grove Villas. If you are out of town, simply call and we can take care of some of the details on the phone. Just call Levi or Jennah or me and we will take care of you.
