Another Great Month

It's been another great month for both Peach Grove Villas and Lexington Villas.

Peach Grove Villas

Peach Grove Villas held their one year anniversary party and had their 25th closing -- the first two-floor Canterbury! We also wrote three new contracts and continued construction on the two buildings under construction. Another new building starts this month.

Lexington Villas

Lexington Villas welcomed a new homeowner this month and a new contract as well. Also, a new dominoes group has started up at Lexington Villas in the clubhouse. They meet at 1:30 to 3:30 on Monday and Thursday afternoons.
