Pat Judd Joins ERA Evergreen Real Estate Company

PAT JUDD JOINS ERA EVERGREEN REAL ESTATE COMPANY AS SALES EXECUTIVE AT DATAW ISLAND

November,2008 St. Helena Island, S.C. - Representatives from ERA Evergreen Real Estate Company today announced the addition of Pat Judd as a sales executive with the company. Her responsibilities include generating sales and marketing for ERA Evergreen Real Estate Company properties at Dataw Island and guiding purchasing decisions for prospective buyers.

A native of Bristol, Conn., Judd joins ERA Evergreen with more than 25 years of real estate sales experience. For the past eight years, she has dealt specifically with residential real estate sales in the South Carolina Lowcountry, producing more than $35 million in sales volume. Judd is a graduate of Central Connecticut State University with a bachelor of science degree in business administration. A resident of Dataw Island for 10 years, Judd has also received numerous awards from previous employers, including silver award recognition for sales production in both 2003 and 2004.
