The Election Is Over

and boy aren't we all glad? Whether or not your candidate won, I think most of us in real estate are happy that the election is behind us, and that means that a lot of nervous people may start looking at homes again. I don't know about you, but I had many people who "wanted to see how the election turned out" before making a decision to buy. You know as well as me that 9 times out of 10, they are still going to buy a home, no matter what happened at the polls. Therefore, it's now time for them to get moving again.

We'll see how things go. My properties have already had showings pick up. Things may be getting back to "normal", if there is such a mark in realty reality.
