If you've been to Hilton Head then it's likely you've been to Forest Beach. Local's call it "Downtown Hilton Head"; probably because there are many gift shops, boutiques, restaurants and bars at Beach Market and the Coligny Plaza.
There is much real estate to be had here if you are looking to relocate or invest. A few Forest Beach foreclosures at unbelievably low prices are available if you act fast. Much like the rest of Hilton Head Island, tropical landscaping and the natural beauty of the Island make it a wonderful and beautiful place to live.
From what I could tell the Forest Beach foreclosures are not located in a gated community. It seems to be open to anyone wanting to live there and you can come and go as you wish. What an awesome place to enjoy the surf and 3 miles of white sandy beaches.
