Shopping for Hilton Head Homes

We were shopping around for Hilton Head homes recently and are quite taken with one in particular located in gated Indigo Run. This is a spacious luxury home overlooking the 17th fairway. There’s an outdoor entertaining area and spa that we would use a lot. It’s 5 bedroom with a perfect floor plan for us. Hardwoods, coffered ceilings, crown molding, office, formal dining room and 3 car garage. There’s a beautiful chef’s kitchen my wife will love. Did I mention there’s stone and granite throughout it? Wow!

Did you know Hilton Head Island is the second largest barrier island on the east coast of the United States? It's located south of Charleston, South Carolina and north of Savannah, Georgia. I know that those owning Hilton Head homes enjoy a semitropical climate in a setting that resembles paradise. At last count there were approximately 35,000 permanent residents on the island.

Beautiful Hilton Head homes sit among 24 golf courses, hundreds of tennis courts and over 50 miles of public bike and nature trails. Residents here get to enjoy incredible fishing and boating. There are over 250 restaurants and you can enjoy any cultural persuasion nightly. Plenty of places to shop, too. You can browse more than 200 stores and outlets. There’s most assuredly plenty to do there on Hilton Head.
