Now if that ain't the anti-bellum south. It smacks of juleps and fond memories. And what a price. It costs more than that to sneeze here, and that's a shame. Good photos, and the lagoon needs to have a creature in it. Maybe you can get TLW to send you a few gators from here pond.

Trust me, I definitely wouldn't be surprised to find a gator in that pond. We do have those type of creatures in HIlton Head. Not so much in a gated community like this one, though.
Isn't this a wonderful home? I'll have more photos but was waiting for the home stager to get finished with his job. Great house, great sellers-----now all I need is a great buyer!
