In 2008 there were 101 properties sold at an average price of $804,676. The average sold DOM was 183.

In 2009 there were 95 properties sold at an average price of $545,245. The average sold DOM was 204.

Based on the above statistics the average sold property price in 2009 was down 32% from 2008. The number of properties sold in 2009 was down 6% from the number sold in 2008. The average sold DOM in 2009 has increased by 10% as compared to 2008.

In 2009 there were 8170 properties sold at an average price of $252,739. The average sold DOM was 115.

Based on the above statistics the average sold property price in 2009 was down 13% from 2008. The number of properties sold in 2009 was down 10% from the number sold in 2008. The average sold DOM in 2009 had increased by 12% as compared to 2008.
