Our first walkthrough

After taking over the management of Lexington Villas four months ago, Epcon Columbia will have it's first walkthrough today with a new buyer. I've done thirty something of these across town in the past 15 months, but this just feels different. Like butterflies.

Anyway, I will let you know how it goes. Hopefully my superintendent changes the light fixtures this morning. That will make it go smoother.
