Well, I just wanted to talk about all the great deals out there far as Foreclosures. If you are patient you can get a really good deal that may just need a little cleanin and paint. I recently sold a home in Longs SC. It was a large 4 bedromm 2 full bath home with a 2 car garage, It also had central vac. And my clients got it for 157,000. The house was only 2 years old, can you believe that. The orignal owners paid over 210,000 for this property. There was not much damage, The walls were scuffed up and the carpets were nasty, there was a couple of holes in the walls and that was it. Everything worked. It took the new buyers just a couple of weeks to get the house in move in condition, they love there new home and they got it for a steel. The same development has more deals like this as I write this. I found one in there yesterday for 140,000. Moral of this story is there are some great deals and you just need to know where to look.
