I am finding that all the negative is my positive for staying focused!!!

I have become very busy with Buyers and many new listings that are priced to sell.

I have also found that I can better market my listings across the web with th e newest way that I have shifted!

Chris: more cash-yes. FHA-no. Prices lower-definately. Stability-no. Foreclosures-steady to up slightly. Past clients back-yes! Totally out and back-no. poitives are few apart from more affordability. However few are in a position to take advantage! Negatives-peoples nerves are on edge. Some have a tough time understanding the market doesn't care how much they paid or borrowed.
