Planters Pointe Community -updated information

Planters Pointe was built by Ryland Homes in the late 1990's. It now consists of approximately 630 homes varying widely in size and style. It includes three sub-sections that are "at Rivertowne".

Located: Take US Highway 17 and turn on to US Highway 41. Turn off US 41 just before the Wando river on to Palmetto palm lined Planters Pointe Boulevard. There are three sections of Planters Pointe community that are accessed from RiverTowne Parkway.

Home types: Single Family - Ranch, Traditional, Contemporary, Cape Cod.

Home sizes: 1200 to 5200 sq ft.

Amenities: Club House, Swimming Pool, Tennis Courts, Play Park, Cycle/Walking Trail, Playing Field.

The Club House, Swimming Pool, Tennis Courts, Play Park are situated at the front of the Planters Pointe community just off Planters Pointe Boulevard in a landscaped common area.

Cotton Creek Sub-sectionCotton Creek

Turn off US highway 41 on to Palmetto palm lined Planters Pointe Boulevard, at the traffic circle, take your 2nd right on to Cotton Creek Drive. This is the start of Cotton Creek sub-section. Homes in this section range typical in the 1200 - 2200 sqft, 3 to 4 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. The homes were built between 1996 and 2001.
