Jenny Welch is a member of our top quality staff -- she has been with The AgentOwned Realty Company for 6 years. Jenny was with The Max Hill Company prior to the merger of Max Hill Company and The AgentOwned Realty Co. -- Jenny joined Max Hill when she was 18 -- she is what one would call a "loyal" employee.

Jenny is what I would call an ideal employee:

* very intelligent
* dependable
* industrious
* friendly
* loyal
* organized
* independent thinker

Jenny is very obvious in our exciting office -- she keeps everyone on their toes -- here at the Johnnie Dodds office of The AgentOwned Realty Company in the Johnnie Dodds office, we call her "Little Hitler" -- because of her main focus, she has to be tough.

She overseas:

1) pending contracts
2) closings
3) that the proper paperwork is in each of the files for compliance

Jenny Welch also:

1) handles the bookkeeping for the property management of the office - currently there are close to 100 properties being managed by the agent-owners
2) handles all of Linda Vincent's work when Linda is out
3) assists Mama Liz
