What bothers you in this picture (if anything)...

All in all this is a cute little sitting area. The bookshelves are relatively neat. The tv could be larger but it fits the space fine. The rug could be a bit larger but the wood floors are nice. Furniture placement is good for conversation and still allows access to the patio door. What really catches my eye and rubs me wrong is that the ceiling fan is not centered with the specific area. It is centered with the whole room. I'm sure that duct work played into the placement. Whatever the reasons, I'm so tired of walking into house after house and seeing fixtures that can not center with a table or a room.
