West Point Community Information

The West Point community is situated on historic Rifle Range Road near it's junction with the Isle of Palms connector (Clyde Moultrie Dangerfield Highway).

This is a community of 122, 1 and 2 storey Single Family homes ranging in style from Ranch to Traditional and in size from approximately 950 to just over 1850 sq ft. The homes were built in the mid 1980's through to the mid 1990's.

Roads inside this community include; Thayer Hall Drive, Armory Drive, Cadence drive, Cadet Court, Infantry Drive and West Point drive.
