A new neighborhood is joining The Grande Dunes named Cipriana - Grande Dunes. The 58 acre new subdivision between Grande Dunes Blvd. and Hwy 17 Business will have 182 single-family homes that will be built in phases. The homes will range in size from about 2,000 square feet to about 3,200 square feet priced from $270,000 and $390,000.

There are twelve existing single family home neighborhoods within the Grande Dunes luxury mediterranean development. Some neighborhoods are gated, some have oceanfront homes, and some are on the Intracoastal Waterway. The Grande Dunes two famous golf courses surround many of the neighborhoods and all have access to the luxury amenities only found in the famous area of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.
