The Ethical Realtor & The Unethical Agent

I actually had a former client who became a licensed agent ask me recntly. Will you put a fake contract on my home, so I can buy this other great deal? I was astonished! I immediately said ~ Are you out of *%#@!& mind?

I immediately said, why would you ask a stupid favor like this. That agent said, you mean to tell me that you are 100% ethical? I said~ you bet my license I am.

That agent asked me to keep hushed about this conversation, but here I am telling the world.

Guess why? I never said I would not tell! I emailed the local board about it!

Another agent had two properties listed and said it was ok to knock and show! I knocked and a young lady answered the first door. I asked her if she knew of any showing~ she said she never knew unit was for sale!

Next unit~ same thing~knock and show! Did not get an answer, so I opened door. Lady was in shower and I shut door back.

How embarrassing on both!

I told agent about 1st one~ he says~ did that hot blonde answer the door? Then proceeded to say she is a feisty little thang. Making more comments about her parts. I kept ignoring it!

This agent is definitely a dirty old fart!

I turned this one in too!

Need I say more?

I will NOT tolerate unethical agents!

Like I said agent! They are not a Realtor! Realtors are ETHICAL & Professional.

What would you have done?

Love my job, but not the unethical idiots!!!!
