Myrtle Beach Condos For Sale: All 7,740 of Them!

There are currently 7,740 condos available for sale in the Myrtle Beach area.

The least expensive unit is priced at $ 30,000. It is a 450-500 sq. ft. efficiency (studio) at Covenant Tower in Myrtle Beach. The HOA fees for this unit are unusually high- $ 585 per month, but this is a 55 and over community and EVERYTHNG is included in that HOA fee: building insurance, water, sewer, electric, pool maintenance, cable, as well as evening meals, basic laudry service, basic transportation service and housekeeping. At first I thought these HOA amounts were outrageous, but this is more like a retirement building allowing its senior citizens the advantage of an easy lifestyle.

Since this is such a specialized product, the next regular condo, on the cheapest scale is a 400 sq. ft. efficiency unit at Myrtle Beach Golf & Yacht. The asking price for this furnished unit is only $ 45,000. The HOA fees are $ 170 per month and they include pool, clubhouse and tennis facilities maintenance, building insurance, water, sewer and trash pick-up

The least expensive 1BR/1BA condo in the Myrtle Beach area is a 400 sq. ft. unit at Eagle Lake in Little River. This second floor, fully furnished unit is offered for sale at $ 45,500. The HOA fees are $ 121 per month and they include the building insurance, Pool, common area maintenance & electric, water, sewer and garbage pick-up.

The least expensive 2BR/2BA is a first floor, 800-850 sq. ft. unit at Quail Marsh, a condo complex located right across from Broadway at the Beach. It is offered for sale for only $ 49,900. The units there are mostly investor owned and are renting for $ 675- $700 per month. The HOA fees are $ 208 per month and they include the building insurance, pool, common area maintenance, common area electric, water, sewer, trash pick up, and cable.

The least expensive 3BR/2BA condo in the Myrtle Beach area is a second floor, corner unit at Willow Run, also located right across Broadway at the Beach. The monthly HOA fees are $370, and they include the building insurance, pool & common area maintenance, water, sewer, trash pick-up and cable. It is offered for sale unfurnished for $ 69,900. A friend of mine owns one there and has a long term renter that pays $ 775 rent per month. They are so centrally located, within walking distance of all the entertainment, pubs, restaurants and the beach. It's hard to believe they are so affordable!

The most expensive condo in the Myrtle Beach area is a 5BR/4.5BA, 5-th floor, unfurnished unit at Vista Del Mar at the Grande Dunes. The HOA fees are $ 895 per month, and they do not include the building insurance. It is offered for sale for $2,950,000.

There are some great deals to be had in the Myrtle Beach area right now!

Hi Mirela -- Major condo offerings in Myrtle Beach -- is it more of a condo market or home market, and is there any new homes being built?  Thanks.

Terry:  We do have a lot of condos, but we also have a lot of homes.  We still have quite a few new homes on the market (not so many being built right now, though).  My stats on homes will be coming out this week.  Stay tuned!  Thanks for the comment!
